I've been having one of those months where every time I glance in the mirror all I see is wrinkles. Yes, I'm 21. If I ever make it to my forties I'll probably hate Young Me for (many reasons including) thinking my skin is on its way out - when it's actually probably a lot to do with it being windy as arse and maybe not the best foundation/powder combo for said winter-y months.
So, naturally, I've been perusing the beauty market and I've found a few lists worth of treats that I want to indulge myself in over my next couple of splurges...

That is one hectic - and expensive - Polyvore board! I best do some mental rationalising before I slide my card into that chip and pin machine...
1. L'Oréal Elvive Fibrology shampoo and conditioner
I've been using and rebuying this shampoo/conditioner set for the last 6 months AT LEAST. I stumbled across them on either a Boots/Superdrug deal aisle (I swear they're always on offer! Bonus £££) and thought nothing of it as I slipped them into my basket. L'Oréal is a well established brand, after all. But since I have recently ran out of these babies, I'm really noticing the difference without them. They claim to make your hair feel/appear/BE thicker, and I've noticed that my hair does feel noticably thicker when I use this product. I'm not sure that you can visibly notice it - but I can't shake the habit of running my fingers through my hair so I loveee it so I am in dire need of restocking this!
2. Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation
I've heard so many complimentary things about this foundation! I don't have particularly awful skin, but I love a good, thick foundation to give my skin the blemish-free aura; and I'm yet to find the perfect foundation that can do this whilst hydrating the dry skin on my nose!!? HELP beauty lovers! Is Double Wear the right road to go down?
3. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat blur primer (released 1st April)
This is annoying because I got so excited reading and hearing about this product to only be let down by hearing it's only going to be released on 1st April which is a good few weeks away. I was busy idolising Sali Hughes on YouTube when she explained that she found this primer to be quite 'movable' which sounds perfect for preventing foundation getting into all the crevices of my skin that are making me feel like a Wrinkly Wenda. I've only ever used the MAC Prep and Prime primer before so I'm busting to try this YSL goodness out.
4. MAC x Cinderella eyeshadow palette
Lol I'm also annoyed about this one because I completely forgot about the Cinderella collection going live online so didn't bag this and I doubt they'll be restocking this but it's pretty and can stay on my Polyvore collage.
5. Benefit Roller Lash mascara
Hmm... I never really got the hype around the They're Real! mascara. I thought that I'd used so many better mascaras before, with drugstore ones continuing to top the list of my faves. But, once again, everyone seems to be loving Benefit's latest drop so it may be worth a go...
6. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat blur perfector (released 1st April)
This is the product that I'm most excited about treating myself to! Again, it was another tip off from Sali Hughes and it is supposed to act as a kinda powder, kinda not. I love putting a full face of powder on over my foundation but wonder if this is making my skin appear like Wrinkle City ft. Population: Dry Skin. This is said to be a 'gamechanger', and in this cayooot packaging I'm willing to invest!
Have you already used any of these products? What are your thoughts?
